2. Eligibility for Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to provide a transparent and fair refund policy.
Full Refunds (Before Work Begins)
- Customers can request a 100% refund if they cancel before work has commenced.
- The cancellation request must be made in writing via email to ensure proper documentation.
Partial Refunds (Ongoing Services)
If a service is already in progress, a refund may be issued after deducting costs incurred, such as:
- Administrative & processing fees (e.g., MNRE & KSEB paperwork).
- Cost of materials or labor already utilized.
- Any third-party charges that are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed.
- Fees paid for government approvals, permits, or regulatory paperwork.
- EMI loan assistance fees (processed by banks and outside our control).
3. Refund & Cancellation Process
To ensure a hassle-free refund process, customers must follow these steps:
Request Submission

Review & Approval
- Our team will review your request and determine eligibility within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

4. Return Policy for Equipment & Installations
Since our solar energy solutions involve customized installations, returns are generally not applicable. However, we provide:
- Warranty-based replacements for defective components (as per manufacturer policies).
- Free maintenance for 5 years on eligible solar installations.
- Service corrections in case of any installation-related issues.
5. EMI Loan Assistance & Refunds
- EMI loans are provided through partner banks and are subject to bank policies.
- Any cancellations or refunds related to EMI payments must be requested directly with the bank.
- VYGA Marketing is not responsible for refund approvals related to bank financing.
6. Exceptions & Special Considerations
We assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in scenarios such as:
- Project delays caused by third parties (e.g., government approvals or bank loan processes).
- Customer-requested modifications after service initiation.
- Refunds due to unforeseen external factors (e.g., regulatory changes).
We always strive to find a fair resolution based on the specific circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
VYGA Marketing is not liable for:
- Delays caused by third-party service providers, banks, or regulatory agencies.
- External factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or government policy changes.
- Customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications of installed systems.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
